Marenta, UAB started its operations in Vilnius in May year 2000.
Scope of Operations
Company invests into construction of commercial-administration buildings, premises designed for offices and commercial operations.
The main scope of operations of Marenta, UAB is lease of a private real estate and provision of services related to that.
Objectives and Goals:
- to create more modern and more beautiful environment constructing commercial and administration buildings of a modern architecture;
- to arrange A class offices that meet requirements of businessmen;
- to provide top services in lease of premises and their maintenance.
Operations:
- In year 2002 Marenta, UAB purchased an administration/commercial building, total space of 1,175 m² located on Kęstučio St. 26 / D. Poškos St. 24, Vilnius. This two-storey building of an original architecture was introduced in the exhibition „Mies von der rohe" in Barcelona in year 2001 and architects of the building Dalius Nainys and Jūratė Raguckienė were awarded with the prize „Architektūrinė vinis 2002" for the architecture of the building in year 2002 by the Architects' Association of Lithuania.
- In December 2002 a three-storey Marenta business center, total space of 3,500 m² was finished, which meets standards for premises for A class office premises and is located on Kęstučio St. 65 / Sėlių St. 40, Vilnius. This building has been designed by Audriaus Ambrasas Architects' company.
- In June 2005 the second Marenta business center was opened that meets requirements of A class office premises located on Kęstučio St. 59 / Lenktoji St. 27, Vilnius (architects Audrius Ambrasas and Vilma Adomonytė). A four-storey commercial/administration building of a modern architecture, total space of 5,300 m², successfully extends the concept of Kęstučio Street height and scale standards.
- Marenta, UAB leases premises in the old city of Vilnius, close to the city hall on Didžioji St. 20/1. Boutigue Mediolanum is settled there, which represents the names of high-fashion companies.
- In October 2007 Limited liability company Eurokad was established in the Republic of Belarus, the founder and copartner of which was Marenta, UAB. At February of 2012 the project was finished - an administration/storage complex in Bolshoj Trostenec village, Minsk region (дер. Большой Тростенец Минского районa). Total space of the complex is 6,500 m², among them 5,000 m² for storage premises and 1,500 m² for administration premises.
